Indian Prairie School District (IPSD) 204 has selected the industry-leading Synergy® Education Platform by Edupoint® Educational Systems for its K-12 student information and learning management needs. The district’s cloud-hosted Synergy solution will include Synergy Student information System, Synergy Assessment, Synergy MTSS, Synergy Special Education, and Synergy Analytics. IPSD 204 is the fourth largest district in Illinois, serving approximately 28,000 students across 33 schools in Aurora, a suburb of Chicago.

Decision-makers at Indian Prairie engaged in an exhaustive, three-month search, thoroughly reviewing and vetting all potential options in an evaluation process that consisted of two rounds of demonstrations and the collection of nearly 60,000 data points. The process involved all constituencies – including students, teachers, administrators, parents, and community members.

 IPSD 204 users will be able to access all of their data in real time through one interface using one login, with role-based views displaying the right information and tools to every user. Role-based mobile apps provide unparalleled mobility and convenience for all user types.

Rincon Valley Unified School District (RVUSD) has selected the industry-leading Synergy® Student Information System (SIS) by Edupoint® Educational Systems for its K-12 student data management needs following the end-of-life announcement for Illuminate SIS. RVUSD serves over 3,000 K-12 students across nine schools in Northern California.

Gallup-McKinley County Schools (GMCS) has selected the industry-leading Synergy® Education Platform by Edupoint® Educational Systems for its K-12 student information management needs. The district’s Synergy solution will include Synergy Student Information System, Synergy Special Education, and Synergy Analytics in a cloud-hosted environment. GMCS serves over 11,600 students in northwest New Mexico and is the seventh largest district in the state.

Bassett Unified School District (BUSD) has selected the industry-leading Synergy® Student Information System (SIS) by Edupoint® Educational Systems for its K-12 student data management needs. Bassett Unified is one of the first Illuminate clients to select a path forward after the end-of-life announcement for Illuminate SIS. BUSD’s cloud-hosted Synergy solution will include Synergy SIS and Online Registration. BUSD serves nearly 3,500 K-12 students across seven schools in Los Angeles County, California.

Columbus Public Schools (CPS) has selected the industry-leading Synergy® Education Platform by Edupoint® Educational Systems. The district’s cloud-hosted Synergy solution will include Synergy Student Information System, Synergy Online Registration, and Synergy Special Education. CPS serves approximately 4,300 K-12 students across eight schools in eastern Nebraska.

Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS) has selected the industry-leading Synergy® Education Platform by Edupoint® Educational Systems for its K-12 student information management needs. The district’s Synergy solution will include Synergy Student Information System and Synergy Special Education in a cloud-hosted environment. HCPS serves approximately 220,000 students in the West Central Florida area and is the eighth largest district in the country.

“It was time to retire our district-developed mainframe-based system and replace it with a modern, expandable solution,” said Rick Laneau, General Manager of Information Technology for Hillsborough. “Giving parents and students better access to their educational records from anywhere at any time was a priority, and we determined that Synergy was strong in that area as well as being based on modern technology standards. We liked the fact that we can use the system’s Ed-Fi and OneRoster compliance to consolidate our interfaces with third parties. Edupoint has large district experience in 20 other states, so we felt that the company would be capable of meeting our particular needs as a large Florida district.”

In seeking a new system, Hillsborough County conducted a thorough evaluation process that lasted over a year. After verifying the need to replace the mainframe, the district put out a request for information to see what commercial products were available. Half a dozen vendors responded and gave onsite presentations to a committee of more than 50 stakeholders. The evaluation team built a list of district requirements based on those presentations, and HCPS issued a request for proposal. After evaluating submissions from six vendors over six months, the district selected Synergy Education Platform as the most feature-rich and cost-effective solution.

Millard Public Schools (MPS) has selected the industry-leading Synergy® Education Platform by Edupoint® Educational Systems. The district’s cloud-hosted Synergy solution will include Synergy Student Information System, Synergy MTSS, Synergy Special Education, and Synergy Analytics. MPS serves approximately 24,000 K-12 students across 36 schools in Omaha, Nebraska, with Edupoint now serving two of the three largest districts the state.

Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) has selected the industry-leading Synergy® Education Platform by Edupoint® Educational Systems for its K-12 student information and learning management needs.
